(WNY News Now) – On February 17, 2024, at approximately 12:55 PM, a 37-year-old resident of Salamanca, NY, was apprehended following deputies’ response to a motor vehicle accident in Little Valley. Subsequent investigation revealed that they was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol during the incident.
Deputies transported Jay P. Nelson to the CCSO, where he underwent processing and was subsequently released on appearance tickets / UTT’s. The accused is mandated to appear in the Town of Little Valley Court on a later date to address the charges.
