(WNY News Now) – A 23-year-old Erie, PA, woman was arrested on charges of DWI, DWAI-Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, following an investigation by deputies at Crosby Mart on 14 North Erie Street in Mayville.
On 02/22/2024, at approximately 7:46 am, deputies responded to reports of a driver allegedly asleep behind the wheel at a gas pump. The investigation revealed that Dotiana EL Beard Miller was operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. Deputies also discovered a small quantity of methamphetamines at the scene.
Charged with PL 220.03 A/M, VTL 11923 DWI, and VTL 11924 DWAI-Drugs, Dotiana EL Beard Miller received appearance tickets and is set to appear before the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
