(WNY News Now) – Town of Hanover, NY – Two local men face charges of Harassment in the Second Degree following a reported fight in the Town of Hanover, NY.
Deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call on April 9th, 2024, at approximately 8:40 pm, finding Wesley R. Thomas, 46, and Hunter E. Bailey, 22, separated upon arrival. After an investigation, it was determined that both individuals were allegedly involved in the altercation. Consequently, both were cited for Harassment in the Second Degree and issued tickets to appear in the Town of Hanover Court on a later date.
