Trea L. Buchanan, 30, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following a domestic dispute incident on the southside of Jamestown.
Trea L. Buchanan, a 30-year-old resident of Jamestown, was apprehended by officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon on April 27, 2024, around 3:20 A.M. in response to a reported fight on the southside of Jamestown. Upon arrival, officers determined that the altercation stemmed from a domestic dispute.
The investigation revealed that Buchanan had violated an order of protection issued against them, mandating them to stay away from the victim involved in the incident. Consequently, Buchanan was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. They were subsequently charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree and are currently being held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
