Belmont, NY – The Allegany County Democrats collected 12 bags/boxes of non-perishable food
and personal care items when they met recently in Little Genesee. The goods were donated to the Bolivar Food Pantry located at the Community Center of the Little Genesee 7th Day Baptist Church. This service project is one of the ways the Democratic Committee lives its motto: “Serving our Community”.

“Our pantry serves our community and surrounding areas” states Paula Ostermeier,
Coordinator/Volunteer for the Bolivar Food Pantry. “No one is ever turned away. Our volunteers are
always working to help families in need.”

The pantry is located at 8265 NY-417 in Little Genesee, NY, and is open Mondays and Thursdays
from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. For more information, please call 585-307-8743.

Please join the county Democrats on Saturday, June 8th in Centerville for coffee and to support the
community’s local food pantry. Contact us for details at info@alleganycountydemocrats.org, or 585-
