On May 26, 2024, Jamestown police arrested Brantley D. Churchill for aggravated harassment and resisting arrest following a domestic incident.

Jamestown, NY – On the evening of May 26, 2024, at approximately 9:03 PM, officers from the Second Platoon responded to a domestic disturbance call on the southside of Jamestown. The complaint involved aggravated harassment allegedly committed by 33-year-old Brantley D. Churchill.

Upon investigation, officers discovered that Churchill had been making threatening phone calls to his current girlfriend, including threats to kick in her door and cause her physical harm. As officers were investigating the scene, Churchill returned to the address.

When officers attempted to take Churchill into custody, he resisted and led them on a brief foot pursuit. Churchill was apprehended shortly thereafter without further incident.

Following his arrest, Churchill was transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on charges of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest.
