(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A domestic incident in downtown Jamestown unveils a trove of controlled substances, leading to the arrest of a Frewsburg man on multiple felony charges.

On June 10, 2024, at 12:52 PM, officers from the First Platoon responded to a reported domestic incident in the parking lot of a downtown business. Bystanders directed the officers to a vehicle where they found Robbie M. Stearns, a 29-year-old Frewsburg resident, and a semi-conscious female in the back seat.

Upon investigation, officers allegedly discovered cocaine, a scale, LSD, and fentanyl in Stearns’ possession. Stearns was immediately taken into custody and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (Felony), and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd (Felony).

Stearns was transported to Jamestown City Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
