An evening disturbance in a Northside neighborhood led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man wielding a realistic-looking pellet gun.

On June 18, 2024, at approximately 5:41 PM, officers from the second platoon responded to a report of a person with a weapon at a Northside residence. The incident involved Anikyn L. Fuller, a 21-year-old male, who had reportedly brandished a black pellet gun resembling a long gun and threatened two individuals.

According to police, Fuller pointed the pellet gun at two victims, making verbal threats to shoot one of them in the face. The threatening behavior prompted an immediate response from law enforcement. Upon arrival, officers assessed the situation and apprehended Fuller without further incident.

Fuller was arrested and transported to the city jail. He is currently being held pending arraignment at the Jamestown City Court, facing two counts of Menacing in the 2nd Degree.
