Authorities Seize Meth and Drug Paraphernalia in Significant Arrest

Narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, City of Jamestown Police Department, and City of Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at a 2nd St. apartment in Jamestown on Thursday, June 20th, at 3:05 PM. The search led to the arrest of Lisa Tibbetts, 47, who was found inside the residence.

During the search, investigators allegedly seized 12.1 grams of methamphetamine, scales, packaging materials used for the sale and distribution of methamphetamine, and a quantity of US currency. Tibbetts was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd. Additionally, Tibbetts had an outstanding arrest warrant from Chautauqua County Court for felony drug possession and another from the City of Jamestown Court for felony possession of stolen property. She was transported to Jamestown Court for arraignment.
