(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – An argument on the north side of Jamestown escalated into violence, leading to the arrest of Elizabeth Park for allegedly assaulting a minor.

On the night of July 6, 2024, at approximately 11:18 PM, officers from the 3rd platoon responded to a report of criminal mischief and assault at a northside residence in Jamestown. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Elizabeth Park, 28, had been involved in a heated argument with several individuals in the street.

During the altercation, Park threw a glass bottle, striking one of the subjects on the side of the face. The investigation revealed that Park had thrown the bottle recklessly, without intending to target anyone specifically. The victim, found to be under seventeen years old, sustained injuries from the incident.

Officers successfully took Park into custody without further incident and transported her to the city jail. She faces charges of Assault in the 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Park is currently held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, Park is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  1. Maybe you should see my camera footage of what really happened there were many teenagers trying to attack her smashing my house windows o trust me I got cameras and all of it will be used to put every single one behind bars spitting even her daughter was there when this happened
