(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – A domestic dispute on Jamestown’s south side early Saturday morning resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old resident for Criminal Mischief.

On July 6, 2024, at 3:39 AM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon responded to a domestic dispute at a south side residence. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim and two witnesses. The investigation revealed that Kieran J. Hunt, a 32-year-old Jamestown resident, had intentionally kicked in the front door of the victim’s residence, causing significant damage.

Hunt was located by officers a block away from the residence and was taken into custody without incident. He was subsequently transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree. Hunt is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, Hunt is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
