(WNY News Now) – Batavia – In a coordinated effort between counties, Jordan L. Bucktooth, 34, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
On July 3, 2024, at approximately 11:45 AM, Jordan L. Bucktooth, 34, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office took Bucktooth into custody following notification from Cattaraugus County.
Deputies from both counties coordinated a meeting in Batavia, NY, where the custody transfer took place. Bucktooth was subsequently transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail. She is being held pending further legal proceedings.
Bucktooth’s court appearance is scheduled for a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, Bucktooth is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
