(WNY News Now) – Lakewood – On July 26, 2024, at 6:39 PM, the Town of Ellicott police responded to a domestic dispute in Lakewood, resulting in the arrest of 42-year-old Joseph A. Krall. Authorities charged Krall with harassment in the second degree and menacing in the second degree. According to the police report (IR: 24-7219), Krall allegedly verbally threatened a female at the scene and menaced her with a crowbar.
Krall was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date to answer to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
