Upon arrival, officers found Abigail Thompson, 22, inside the residence. Thompson had a stay-away order of protection from three victims who were present at the scene.

Thompson was taken into custody without incident. Officers observed that the apartment was in a deplorable condition, deeming it unsuitable for children. Wynn was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, while Thompson faced three counts of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Both individuals were also issued a quality of life city code summons for the unsanitary conditions.
