(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – On July 29, 2024, at approximately 7:50 PM, officers from the Second Platoon of the Jamestown Police Department responded to a report of a disorderly person on the West Side of Jamestown. Upon arrival, officers encountered 38-year-old Stephen A. Hutchinson, a resident of Jamestown.
Through their investigation, officers discovered that Hutchinson had damaged property during a domestic dispute. As a result, Hutchinson was arrested and transported to the city jail.
Stephen A. Hutchinson has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
