(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – July 29, 2024 – A stolen vehicle investigation led to the arrest of Bracken D. Warren on multiple charges.
Jamestown Police K-9 Unit, assisting Lakewood-Busti PD, located a stolen motor vehicle at 158 Stowe St around 3:23 PM on July 29, 2024. The vehicle attempted to flee but was stopped by police in a driveway on Stowe St. Bracken D. Warren, the operator, was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the Second Degree, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, No Inspection, and Operating Without Insurance. Warren is being held at the City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
