Jamestown SWAT Raid Uncovers Significant Drug Operation
(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY — On August 2, 2024, at approximately 5:20 PM, a coordinated effort by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, with support from the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, led to a significant drug bust at 70 Forest Avenue in Jamestown, NY. Twelve adults were apprehended at the scene.
During the raid, the following individuals were detained:
- Jarried M. Dean, 31
- Christine L. Dean, 51
- Kayla L. Josephson, 36
- Blaine A. Haskins, 18
- Timothy W. Ellis, 56
- Damon A. Senear, 18 (detained nearby)
- Brandon J. Reynolds, 39
- Christopher I. Abram, 40
- Jonathan L. Mays, 40
- Todd R. Dean, 33
- Robert L. Barr Jr., 52
- Lilly M. Willover, 23












Upon securing the residence, detectives discovered 52 grams of methamphetamine, 4.9 grams of fentanyl, $106 in cash, digital scales, calibration weights, packaging materials, and mannitol. Additionally, Todd Dean was found with 0.9 grams of fentanyl in his possession.
All suspects were transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, and three counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia. They are currently being held pending arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
This operation received support from multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Town of Ellicott Police Department, Town of Carroll Police Department, and the Jamestown Fire Department.
