A hardware failure in the City of Olean’s phone router has caused an outage, affecting all phone lines until August 14, 2024, when a replacement router arrives. For business inquiries, call 716-790-9334. For non-emergency police and fire matters, contact the Catt County Sheriff’s Office at 716-938-9281. Emergency calls should still be directed to 911.
