(WNY News Now) – Jamestown – A Jamestown man faces serious charges after allegedly causing significant damage to multiple business vehicles.
On the evening of August 14, 2024, at approximately 9:07 PM, Jamestown Police responded to a report of property destruction at a business located on the east side of the city. Upon arrival, officers discovered that several fleet vehicles belonging to the business had been extensively damaged.
The suspect, identified as 43-year-old Allan L. Broadwater of Jamestown, was quickly located and taken into custody by the responding officers. Following the investigation, Broadwater was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree, a serious offense under New York Penal Law (PL 145.10).
Broadwater is currently being held in the Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
