(WNY News Now) – STOCKTON, NY — A 48-year-old Stockton resident faces assault charges following a late-night disturbance on Cassadaga Stockton Road.
At approximately 2:13 a.m. on December 1, 2024, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a report of a disorderly person at a residence on Cassadaga Stockton Road in the Town of Stockton. Upon arrival, deputies determined that Ingrid E. Collins, 48, had bitten another individual, causing physical injury.
Collins was taken into custody at the scene and charged with Assault in the Third Degree. Following her arrest, she was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where she awaits centralized arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
