(WNY News Now) – Batavia, NY — A cooperative law enforcement effort resulted in the arrest of a Buffalo man on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Salamanca Court.
Omar R. Clark, 53, of Buffalo, NY, was taken into custody on November 27, 2024, at approximately 9:25 AM. The arrest followed an interaction between Clark and an outside agency. Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office facilitated a custody exchange with the agency and subsequently transported Clark to court.
The warrant, issued for a violation under CPL 530.70, was addressed during Clark’s appearance before Judge Wrona in Little Valley. Clark was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Salamanca Court on a future date.
