(WNY News Now) – Authorities apprehended Angela Lingle, 45, of Olean, NY, on a probation warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Court.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NY – On the morning of December 4, 2024, Sheriff Eric A. Butler confirmed the arrest of Angela Lingle, 45, of Olean, NY, for violating probation. The arrest occurred at 1 Leo Moss Drive around 8:55 a.m.
The warrant, issued by the Cattaraugus County Court, led to Lingle’s transportation to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where she is being held without bail pending arraignment. Judge Ploetz will preside over the proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
