KENMORE, N.Y. – Schofield Residence, a non-profit skilled nursing facility in the Kenmore-Tonawanda area, proudly has announced their 5-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This exceptional rating – based on the facility’s performance in annual State inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures – is a testament to the legacy of caring provided for nearly 115 years.
Providing a spectrum of rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, Schofield Residence employs an interdisciplinary team to ensure the holistic needs of each individual are met. The facility offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as wound care, pain management, and palliative care, among other services.
