(WNY News Now) – Little Valley, N.Y. — Sheriff Eric A. Butler announced the arrest of a 56-year-old Conewango Valley resident, Kimberly Terry, for petit larceny, stemming from a shoplifting incident at Dollar General in the Town of Randolph on November 7, 2024.

On December 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., Terry was apprehended and charged after an investigation revealed she stole multiple items without payment. Sheriff’s deputies issued her an appearance ticket to face the charge in Town of Randolph Court on January 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m

Terry will answer to the petit larceny charge, a misdemeanor offense under New York law. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
