(WNY News Now) – OLEAN, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew J. Webber, 23, at approximately 10:50 a.m. on January 2, 2025, at the Cattaraugus County Building in Olean. Webber was apprehended on a bench warrant issued by Olean City Court.
After his arrest, Webber was turned over to the Olean City Police Department for arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
