(WNY News Now) – Olean, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a 23-year-old Olean resident, Andrew J. Webber, on a bench warrant issued by Olean City Court.
Webber was taken into custody at approximately 10:50 a.m. on January 2, 2025, at the Cattaraugus County Building, located at 1 Leo Moss Drive in Olean. Following his arrest, Webber was promptly turned over to the Olean City Police Department for arraignment.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
