(WNY News Now) – OLEAN, N.Y. — A 37-year-old Olean resident was apprehended on an active bench warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on January 5, 2025.

Randy Davis was taken into custody by the Olean Police Department at approximately 3:25 PM. Following his arrest, Davis was transferred to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and taken for arraignment at Ashford Town Court. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
