(WNY News Now) – A 31-year-old Cattaraugus County resident was taken into custody on a bench warrant during a patrol in Olean on the evening of January 13, 2025.
Crystal M. Lore, 31, was apprehended by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 8:54 p.m. while walking near a residence on Laurel Avenue. Lore was found to have an active bench warrant issued by Salamanca City Court.
After her arrest, Lore was transported to the Salamanca Police Department, where she was arraigned before the Salamanca City Court. Following the proceedings, she was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
Authorities confirmed that Lore will remain in custody at the county jail while awaiting further court proceedings related to the warrant. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
