(WNY News Now) – Deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office executed an active arrest warrant on January 18, 2025, resulting in the apprehension of a 26-year-old Conewango resident.
CONEWANGO, NY – Jessica R. Booth, 26, was taken into custody by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on January 18, 2025, after deputies encountered her during an unrelated incident.
Upon further investigation, authorities determined Booth had an active arrest warrant issued by the City of Salamanca Court. Deputies promptly arrested Booth and transported her to the City of Salamanca Police Department for further legal proceedings.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
