(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a South Dayton man on multiple felony bench warrants during a warrant execution on January 21, 2025.
South Dayton, N.Y. – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Joshua T. Press, 32, of South Dayton, NY, on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at approximately 11:15 a.m. Press was taken into custody at his residence on Oak Street after deputies discovered he was wanted on four felony bench warrants issued by Cattaraugus County Court.
Deputies located Press during a targeted operation and safely placed him under arrest without incident. Following his arrest, Press was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in county court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
