(WNY News Now) – A Niagara Falls man was arrested in Great Valley following a domestic incident, leading to his transfer to Cheektowaga authorities.
GREAT VALLEY, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office apprehended 27-year-old Manny F. Patterson of Niagara Falls, NY, in the early hours of January 26, 2025.
Deputies responded to a domestic incident at a residence on N. Authority Road in Great Valley around 12:55 a.m. During the investigation, it was discovered that Patterson had an active felony bench warrant issued by the Town of Cheektowaga Police Department.
Patterson was taken into custody without incident and transported to Springville. He was subsequently turned over to the Town of Cheektowaga Police Department to address the outstanding warrant.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
