(WNY News Now) – CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NY – On the morning of January 28, 2025, Sue L. Foster, 52, of Cold Spring, NY, was taken into custody after deputies executed a bench warrant at a residence in the Town of Cold Spring.

At approximately 10:00 AM, deputies with the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to Railroad Avenue in Cold Spring to carry out the warrant. During the investigation, it was determined that Foster had an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Town of West Seneca Court.

After the arrest, deputies transported Foster to a secure location, where custody was transferred to the West Seneca Police Department for further processing. Foster will face additional court proceedings in West Seneca as part of the ongoing case. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
