(WNY News Now) – OLEAN, N.Y. – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a local man on a parole warrant Tuesday afternoon.
According to authorities, Brian M. Johnson, 38, was taken into custody at approximately 3:10 p.m. on February 4, 2025, at 1 Leo Moss Drive in Olean. Johnson was arrested on a New York State Parole Warrant under the charge of Police Officer Execute Warrant of Arrest (CPL 120.60 1).
Following his arrest, Johnson was held pending future court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
