(WNY News Now) – Beth A. Gardner was arrested by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on March 24, 2025, for violating her probation terms.
On the morning of March 24, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM, Beth A. Gardner was apprehended by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office on a Violation of Probation Warrant. The arrest followed a court-issued warrant for Gardner’s failure to comply with probation conditions.
Gardner was promptly transported to Cattaraugus County Court for her arraignment. After the hearing, she was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where she is currently being held pending further court proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
