(WNY News Now) – LEON, N.Y. – A Leon woman was arrested following a domestic dispute on Sunday afternoon, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a residence on Riga Road at approximately 3:15 p.m. on March 30, where they arrested 60-year-old Denise M. Patrizi. She was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree menacing in connection with the incident.
Patrizi was processed and arraigned in Conewango Town Court before being released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Leon Town Court at a later date for further legal proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
