(WNY News Now) – RANDOLPH, NY – The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old man on a bench warrant Tuesday morning.
According to authorities, Chance S. Renner, of Ellicott, was taken into custody on Main St. in Randolph on April 1, 2025, at approximately 9:14 a.m. The arrest was based on a valid bench warrant issued by the Town of Randolph Court.
Deputies transported Renner to Little Valley Town Court for arraignment, where bail was set. He was then remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
