(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman is facing charges after allegedly violating a court-issued order of protection during a domestic incident on the city’s south side.

On the evening of May 23, 2025, at approximately 9:43 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a domestic dispute at a residence on the city’s south side.

Following an investigation, police determined that 43-year-old Sarah J. Nickerson of Jamestown had violated a stay-away order of protection by being present near the protected party. The violation led to her immediate arrest.

Nickerson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. She has been charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor offense under New York State law.

According to police, Nickerson is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

And you guys didn’t do child endangerment and the fact that they live like complete fucking pigs that you do other people hold on you didn’t notice all the drug paraphernalia and all the stolen fucking property are you serious how about all the underage kids that were fucking drunk and high and driving around a car it’s not registered or insured or with a license All they can do is question all this fuckery I mean that’s her third fucking domestic violence in a year And you finally fucking arrest her
