(WNY News Now) – On May 26, 2025, deputies responded to multiple noise complaints at a Kiantone residence, resulting in a 32-year-old woman being ticketed for disorderly conduct.
At approximately 12:15 a.m. on May 26, 2025, law enforcement deputies were called several times to a residence in the Town of Kiantone due to a noise disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies identified the property owner as Rachael L. Waldron, age 32, of Kiantone, New York.
During the investigation, deputies reported that Waldron’s behavior at the scene, coupled with her refusal to comply with law enforcement instructions, prompted her being charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
