(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A Jamestown man was arrested early Monday morning on an outstanding warrant issued by the Town of Coldspring Court.

According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, James Wall, 44, was located by the City of Jamestown Police Department around 12:30 a.m. on June 30, 2025. Wall was taken into custody without incident and turned over to sheriff’s deputies.

Following processing, Wall was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the warrant in Coldspring Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
