(WNY News Now) – On July 13, 2025, at approximately 3:27 p.m., deputies responded to a serious motorcycle accident on Cassadaga Stockton Road in Stockton, NY.
The investigation revealed that 56-year-old Robert W. Dahl of Cassadaga lost control of his motorcycle while navigating a turn. Authorities determined that Dahl was intoxicated at the time of the crash. He was transported to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) for treatment of his injuries.
Dahl has been charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), speeding with unreasonable speed, and operating a vehicle with unsafe tires. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Stockton Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
