(WNY News Now) – ELLICOTT, N.Y. — A Falconer man is facing charges following an alleged harassment incident investigated by the Town of Ellicott Police.
According to Ellicott PD, officers responded to a harassment complaint on September 28, 2025, at approximately 8:01 p.m. Following the investigation, Jayden K. Feaster, 22, of Falconer, was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree.
Police said it is alleged that Feaster slapped another individual and threw them to the ground during the incident. Feaster was transported to the Ellicott Police Department for processing and later released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
