(WNY News Now) – Jamestown Police arrested a city resident Thursday evening who was wanted in Pennsylvania on charges of harassment and stalking.
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — On Thursday, October 16, 2025, at approximately 5:57 p.m., officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to an address on the northeast side of the city to conduct a warrant check.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed that the individual at the residence, identified as Kyle L. Stone, had an active arrest warrant issued out of McKean County, Pennsylvania, for harassment and stalking.
Police made contact with Stone and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was charged as a Fugitive from Justice.
According to authorities, Stone is currently being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
