(WNY News Now) – An 18-year-old Jamestown man was arrested early Monday morning after police responded to a domestic incident on the city’s north side.
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — The Jamestown Police Department reports that officers from the 3rd Platoon responded to a residence on the north side of the city around 12:08 a.m. on Monday, November 10, for a reported domestic incident.
Upon investigation, police determined that 18-year-old Parker Duckett had damaged property belonging to a male victim during the course of the altercation. Duckett was taken into custody at the scene and charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.
Following his arrest, Duckett was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
