(WNY News Now) – Two Fredonia residents are facing felony drug charges after law enforcement executed a search warrant at a West Main Street residence and seized fentanyl, drug packaging materials, and cash, according to police.

A narcotics investigation in the Village of Fredonia led to the execution of a search warrant Tuesday afternoon at 99 W. Main St., resulting in charges against two residents.

Members of the Village of Fredonia Police Department, along with narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department, conducted the search on Aug. 4, 2026, at approximately 1:56 p.m.

Investigators said they located 78.7 grams of fentanyl, scales, packaging materials allegedly used for the sale and distribution of narcotics, and $331 in U.S. currency during the search.

Authorities identified the individuals located inside the residence as 32-year-old Justin L. Stoll and 34-year-old Alijah L. Ernewein, both of Fredonia.

Stoll and Ernewein were each charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

Both individuals were transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment through the centralized arraignment program. The charges are allegations, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
