(WNY News Now) – An 18-year-old Jamestown resident was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny following a reported firearm theft in the Village of Falconer, according to Town of Ellicott Police.

Caleb E. Dellahoy, 18, of Jamestown, was charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree on Aug. 8, 2026.

According to police, officers responded to a complaint involving the alleged theft of a firearm from a residence in the Village of Falconer. Police allege Dellahoy illegally took the firearm from the residence.

Dellahoy was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The charge is an allegation, and Dellahoy is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
