(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman faces multiple grand larceny charges following a months-long investigation into an alleged theft of more than $100,000 from a victim’s bank and credit card accounts.

Town of Ellicott police say Becky L. Donisi, 46, of Jamestown, was charged Sept. 1 with Grand Larceny in the Second Degree, Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.

Police said the investigation began in March 2026 after officers received a fraud complaint. Investigators conducted a several-month investigation into the allegations.

According to police, Donisi was employed by the victims and allegedly accessed their bank and credit card accounts. Investigators allege that more than $100,000 was taken over a 10-month period.

Donisi was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

She is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer the charges.

The allegations have not been proven in court. Donisi is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
