Police Investigate Armed Robbery Of Convenience Store

WEST ELLICOTT – Ellicott Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Keystone Food Mart on Fairmount Avenue at around 5 a.m Wednesday morning. 

Sergeant Matt Kubinski told WNYNewsNow that two Hispanic males entered the store with a weapon and displayed it before leaving the store in what, upon further review, appeared to be a small white car with an undisclosed amount of cash. Kubinski said that the car appeared to head towards Jamestown.

The Sergeant added that the investigation remains ongoing, and that police are not ready to release a solid description and identity for each of the two suspects.
