OLEAN – The St. Bonaventure Bonnies will be giving fans of their Men’s Basketball Team who live in the Elmira area the opportunity to listen to the games on the radio.
The Men’s Basketball games can now be heard on WWLZ 820 AM/101.3 FM, located in Elmira.
With the addition of WWLZ, the Bonnies listening area will extend throughout all of I-86 ranging from Jamestown to Binghamton, and it will also go into the northern part of PA.
The coverage extension is also part of an agreement St. Bonaventure has with Seven Mountains Media, a media company located in PA.
Fans residing in Olean will receive game coverage on WPIG 95.7 FM.
This upcoming season will be the 100th season of St. Bonaventure Bonnies Basketball.
The Bonnies Men’s team’s season will begin with an exhibition game at home on Oct. 30 vs. the Alfred Saxons, and their centennial regular season opener will be on Nov. 5 as they will host the Ohio University Bobcats.
