GERRY – The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says a youth was taken to an area hospital following a crash on Old Chautauqua Road in Gerry Friday afternoon.
Deputies say Casey Eaker, 28, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a ditch around 4 p.m.
Four minors were also in the vehicle with Eaker at the time of the crash.
Deputies say one minor sustained an injury and was taken to UPMC Chautauqua Hospital.
The Gerry Fire Department assisted deputies at the scene.
No charges are expected in the case.
