JAMESTOWN – The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the possibility of blowing snow Friday into Saturday.
Weather Forecasters say total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are likely, mainly across higher terrain.
Officials say to plan for slippery road conditions and reduced visibility Friday afternoon and evening.
“Periods of snow will result in snow covered roads and limited visibilities,” said officials. “Slow down and use caution while driving.”
The good news is, WNYNewsNow Chief Weather Forecaster Dakota Hunter says the snow should melt away by Sunday afternoon with temperatures forecasted in the mid-50s.
